we also search the country for other designers with similar
eco-conscious business practices and bring their wonderful products to you.
Because we offer stationery from different vendors, you'll find
that items have different lead-times for production. Please check the
"availability" displayed on each product page to see the turn-around
time. If you are in a hurry, we may be able to accommodate a rush
order* -- please e-mail info@staccatostationery.com
with the product that interests you and how quickly you need it. We
will check our stock to be sure we have materials on hand and let you
know if we can fulfill your order. *Rush orders will incur a $50 fee.
Let your imagination go! We are often e-mailed with
questions such as, "I love this wedding invitation but was wondering if
we could use it for a save-the-date". YES! In fact, you'll see a lot
of repetition of designs within our categories because we don't want
you to be limited by the way we've classified them or the text on our
sample.
We typically use USPS Priority mail for shipping. If
you select "ground", this is how your order is likely to ship. We
reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx should their rates be lower or
delivery times be faster for your particular package and destination.
Please note that selecting "Express" at checkout will only change the
way your package is shipped, not the time it takes to produce your
custom order. Once your package has shipped, you will be e-mailed a
delivery confirmation or tracking number. Items being shipped directly
from the manufacturer (aka "drop shipped) will be sent in accordance
with that company's shipping practices.
