Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Returns and refunds will be considered on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Staccato. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and carefully inspect items before they are shipped. While customized stationery cannot be returned, we will work with you to be sure you have the products that meet your needs. If an order arrives that does not meet the highest standards of quality, please e-mail customerservice@staccatostationery.com within 5 days of receiving the package.
Cancellations made before proof approval may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total purchase price or $100.00, whichever is less. Orders canceled after proof approval will not receive a refund.
Liability
We trust our clients to make sure that their spelling, grammar, colors, and all other printed content is correct in the proofs they receive. Clients are responsible for making any and all necessary corrections before indicating their approval to send the job to production. Staccato can not be held liable in any way for errors in spelling, grammar, color and all other printed content once the proof has been approved by our client. Customers are obligated to pay all original and additional costs in the event that an order needs to be reprinted due to errors that existed in an approved proof.
Should an error be made by Staccato or one of our vendors after your proof has been approved, the items will be re-printed at no cost to you. If an error has been made by the customer, we will, as a courtesy, reprint the items at a 30% discount of the current sale price.
Variations
Due to the artistic content of our designs and the natural origin of many of our materials, there may be some slight variation from piece to piece. Occasional flecks or colorations in our papers are the nature of recycled materials and add beauty to the finished product. Each piece from the Staccato Collection is carefully handcrafted and inspected prior to shipping to ensure the highest consistent quality.
Product Selection & Offering
All prices, product designs, and their accessories are subject to change without notice. If a client has ordered a sample or expressed interest in a design that is no longer available, he/she should email customerservice@staccatostationery.com to discuss a special order.
Advertising and Marketing
Staccato reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to using customer testimonials and customer designs as product samples, in photographs, and in advertisements. This applies to all marketing and advertising by Staccato both online and in print. If you prefer your information not be used in this way, please e-mail customerservice@staccatostationery.com.
All designs and graphical representations of printed materials created by Staccato are the sole property of Staccato. The products and content represented on www.staccatostationery.com and in printed marketing material may not be reproduced in any fashion without the express written consent of Staccato. Photographs on our site of products by Carslon Craft, McPherson's Print, and The Ribbon Retreat are used with permission.
