To maintain both the integrity of our brand and the value of our products to our retailers, we invite businesses that meet the following criteria to join the wholesale program:
- Have a brick-and-mortar retail space
- Sell items or services that are complimentary to our products
- Are separated geographically or by theme from other active retail partners
Staccato’s collection is for sale only in physical retail venues and should not appear for direct sale on any online shop or marketplace.
Minimum Order Value: $100
SINGLE CARDS: Minimum of 6 per design
ASSORTMENT PACKS & BOXED SETS: Minimum of 2 per design
Orders typically ship from our Northern Virginia studio within 4-6 business days from payment date via the most economical method. Very large orders may require an additional 1 week of processing time. Please contact us if you would like to request specific shipping methods, arrival dates, or if you have a UPS account number you would like us to use.
Wholesale orders are packaged with as little waste as possible while still protecting the product. Note card boxed sets come packaged in a clear, branded box. Assortments of 4 and single cards come packaged in clear cello sleeves. All items are retail ready and have labeling and packaging to clearly identify the product.
Staccato’s products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and assortments may not be broken up for sale as individual cards.
Any cancellations requested more than 24 hours after order submission may incur 20% restocking fee. Returns are only permitted in the case of an error by Staccato or one of our vendors. In such an event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving your package for return instructions. All merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
